WORDS OF TRUTH

John 14:6-7

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

To be able to see You, Lord, is a blessing. Reading Your Word provides me with a picture of Your character, Your nature, Your love. While faith can be defined as belief in something unseen, my faith in You goes beyond that. I do see You. In the beauty of the earth, in the smile of a child, and in each victory of justice, I see Your face.

Each day I try to know Christ better. It is my way to move closer to the truth of creation and the truth of eternity. I am stronger than ever before because I follow this quest for a deeper understanding of You and Your Son.
