God Remains Our Strength

Health Fail=Strenth Of My Heart

My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.”  Proverbs 4:20-22 (NKJV)

“The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
and with my song I will praise Him.”  Psalm 28:7 (NKJV)

Instruction from our heavenly Father is health to our flesh.  The Bible is a Christian’s instruction manual.  It is the LIVING Word of God and useful for teaching, rebuking, and training.  It equips us for every good work that awaits us.

Medical studies have proven that stress has a negative affect on our health.  Philippians 4:6-7 addresses this issue.  We are commanded to be anxious for nothing.  There is nothing to be gained by worry.  God is our strength and our shield.  He protects and defends us from all evil.  To cast all our cares His way could prolong your life.

My encouragement to you today is to let God be the strength of your heart.  Let all your cares fall to His feet.  Relish the peace you find as you let go of your burdens. This peace could be yours forever, if you decided to let Him carry your baggage.  May your health be restored and the peace of Christ strengthen you now and forever more.

 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”  Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”  2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV)
