The colors God decides to use in your life today are beautiful, even if they are dark blues, grays, or even black. However, He loves to paint with all the colors of the universe and will surely use many new ones in your future landscape.
For now dear one, if your are traversing a difficult journey or facing a dark storm ahead, look for the beauty in the landscape God is painting for you right now. Even if He is selecting dark hues, there is depth and a special loveliness to be found.
As He never leaves His children in a permanent cloud of thunder and lightening, you can anticipate new and brighter colors in your path ahead. Our God is a talented artist! He knows how to paint your life. Trust Him to select just the perfect colors for His next masterpiece. And please remember, the masterpiece He is painting is YOU, not some piece of canvas. You are His workmanship.
