Fall is a wonderful time for harvesting spiritual fruit. Yes, fruit now ripe and sweet in the eyes of God. Fruit grown from the seeds He sowed during your spiritual Springtime.
Just as God created physical seasons on earth, there are also spiritual seasons. Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall are all important seasons, and we must spend time in EACH one in order to grow, mature, and bear fruit.
Do you feel like your spiritual walk has been frozen in the dead of winter? Have you been trying to force out growth and some sort of sprouts? Sometimes, it is okay to rest… even sleep. God speaks to us…. even in our dreams. Winter is a time to rejuvenate. Feed upon His Word so that when your Spring and Summer come along, you will be strong and eager and bear much fruit for His kingdom.
“And He said to them, “Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.” Mark 6:31 (NKJV)
“And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”” Exodus 33:14 (NKJV)

Hi, I was at work a while back and opened my “Work” Bible up and the first verse I saw was “Do you not say “There are still four months and THEN comes harvest?” Behold I say to you, “Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest.” John 4:34-35 I got off work and when I opened up my “Study” Bible the first verse I laid my eyes on was “Do you not say There are still four months and THEN comes harvest….” 🙂 It is so exciting being a child of God. Something like that happens every single day! And on the rare event that a day passes without one of Hisn obvious Divine Nudges the following day there will be Three! 🙂 This is only ONE of the Plethora of reasons I love Him!
We just finished two Pro Life Documentaries. (We had way too many interviews for just one) Google http://www.conceivedinrape.com The other is titled “Pro Life, No Exceptions” I have had people tell me just watching the 3 minute trailer had them in tears. I love when God confirms the same message in different ways and through different people or media. I pray His prompting to you about the harvest encourages you in your ministry and walk.
Regarding your video…. nicely done!! Rape and incest are difficult topics for many ladies. When you have to carry a child inside your body for nine months, it takes the grace of God to love the child (who is innocent of the crime committed against you) within and not blame him/her for the bad memories he/she may cause. God wants babies born, even those as a result of rape and incest. God does not give us more than we can bear. However, we need the prayers and love of other Christians willing to help carry our burdens.
