Don’t Forget To Play

Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart;
 For God has already accepted your works.”  Ecclesiastes 9:7 (NKJV)

If we are caught up in the cares of everyday life, we can forget to be merry.  The Lord promises us seasons with good times as well as bad times.  We need to appreciate the times of peace and joy and celebrate.  Take time to play.  Play with your kids, friends, and pets.  Let your joy be evident to all so that others may be drawn to you and the Holy Spirit within you.

O clap your hands, all peoples;
Shout to God with the voice of joy.”  Psalm 47:1 (NAS)

This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24
